Guidelines for oral presentations


Oral presentations Guidelines

 

 

1. Time available -  The abstracts selected for oral presentation will have 12 (twelve) minutes for presentation and 03 (three) minutes for eventual questions. All presentations must comply with the dates and times informed in the schedule files that will be published on the event's website. In case of absence of the author responsible for an oral presentation, this space will remain vacant without activity ultil the time of the next presentation, in order to respect the schedule.

 

2. Language - We encourage participants to present their papers in English. 

 

3. Presenter -  The abstract should be presented by the presenting author selected at the time of submission.

 

4. Visual Material  The author(s) are responsible for the preparation (visual and content) of the audiovisual material needed for the presentation. The auditoriums for the oral presentation will be equipped with a computer and projector to make the presentation in Power Point (.ppt/.pptx file format) and PDF file (.pdf file format). Please note carefully the format of your presentation file to avoid compatibility problems and/or damage to your presentation.

5. Certificate -  The oral presentation certificate will be made available in the Congressman's Area of the responsible for the submission, in the event's website, showing the title of the work and the name of all the authors.
