All abstracts must be submitted directly on the event website, acess by clicking HERE!

Each participant may submit 2 abstracts (oral or poster presentation).

●      Abstracts must be submitted no later than March 30 by the presenting authors.

●      Organizers reserve the right to change preference of presentation type (oral / poster).

●      Presenting authors of abstracts accepted for presentation (oral / poster) must be registered delegates and be responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentations, travel and accommodation during the conference.

●      We encourage authors presenting a poster to bring with you your own poster already printed to Ihéus, as we cannot guarantee you will find fast printing facilities close to your Hotel.

GUIDELINES
All submitted material shall be written in English.

Main author: Name, email, affiliation (institution/company), city and country.
Co-authors: Name, email affiliation, city and country.

Title: Please provide a title that clearly indicates the content of the contribution. Avoid abbreviations in the title.

Procedure for abstract acceptance

Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the scientific committee. After evaluation, abstracts may be accepted, rejected (without the possibility of resubmission), or sent back for revision. In the last case, the authors will have the opportunity to submit a revised version of the abstract following the committee’s suggestions. Note that submitting a revised version of an abstract does not warrant its final acceptance.

The presenting authors may also be proposed to change their presentation type (from oral to poster, or reverse) depending on program completion, availability of presentation slots within sessions, and abstract quality.

An email to notify the acceptance, rejection or revision need of submitted abstracts will be sent latest by May 1st.

Presenting authors will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract status, presentation type, date and time, via the email provided in the abstract submission.

Organizers reserve the right to change the session, date and time of a presentation.

IMPORTANT:

●      Any submission that does not follow the guidelines will be rejected.

●      Abstracts will be made available to the participants in electronic form. The author is solely responsible for the ethical and scientific content of the submission.

●      The presenting author is expected to present the work in-person during the congress (oral or poster session). In the event that this is not possible, the main author may delegate the presentation to one of the co-authors.
