Call for Monitors

CALL FOR APLICATIONS: Volunteer monitors

1. The 8th FSD is selecting volunteers to act as monitors during the event. Those selected will work on specific congress activities, such as:

- Attendance at speakers;
- Attendance at accreditation;
- Monitor of scientific activities (rooms);
- Assembling materials (congress kit);
- Mobile support for the event activities.

2. 2. This call for Volunteer Monitors is an unpaid activity that does not generate any employment relationship, obligation of a labor, social security or similar nature.

3. The working system will be on a rota basis. On the day before the start of the event (August 3, 2024), we will have face-to-face training (attendance is mandatory) and the assembly of congress kits, in the afternoon. 

4. In return for the event, monitors will be offered: free registration (or reimbursement, if they have already paid), access to the program activities (according to the schedule of activities), participation in the planned meals (coffee break and cocktail), organization T-shirt, lunch allowance, certificate of participation in the event and monitoring.

6. Selected monitors will receive confirmation of their participation by e-mail by May 6, 2024. ;
